Odlucila sam da podelim sa vama recept za jedno od mojih omiljenih italijanskih jela, a to su bruschette :).
Sestra mog dragog je fenomenalna kuvarica, te mi je otkrila kako se pripremaju bozanstvene bruskete koje je jos njena prabaka u mladosti pravila.
Zaista je izuzetno lako za pripremu, a opet toliko ukusno.
Ukoliko zelite obradovati svoju porodicu i prijatelje sa jednim dobrim jelom, obavezno im spremite ovaj specijalitet...uzivace svi! :D

I've decided to share with you a recipe for one of my favourite italian dishes - bruschette :)
My partner's sister is an amazing cook and once she taught me how to prepare delicious bruschette, which even her great grandmother was preparing when she was young.
On the one hand they are super tasty, and on the other hand so easy to make.
If you want to surprise your family and friends with some great dish, choose this one....they are going to enjoy, for sure :)


Potrebni sastojci su sledeci:
Needed igrediends are:
- hleb (bread)
- paradajz (tomato)
- crni luk (onion)
- beli luk (garlic)
- bosiljak (basilic)
- polutvrdi sir (semi firm cheese)
- maslinovo ulje (olive oil)
- morska so (sea salt)
- osuseni persun (dried parsley)
- mesani zacini (various spices)
- crni biber (black pepper)
Najpre uzmite hleb i isecite ga na kriske duzine oko 8 cm.
(ja sam u ovom slucaju koristila baget hleb i hleb iz organske proizvodnje)
First take a loaf of a bread and slice it into peaces in lenght of 8 cm:
(in this case I was using baguette and organic kamut bread)

Hleb stavite na pleh i pospite svaki komad maslinovim uljem, a potom ubacite u rernu prethodno zagrejanu na 200 stepeni .
Ostavite da se pece nekih desetak minuta.
Put a bread on the baking tray, brush each peace with an olive oil, and then put it in the oven which you preheated to 200 degrees.
Leave it to be baked for ten minutes.

U medjuvremenu iseckajte ostale namirnice (paradajz, crni luk, beli luk, svezi bosiljak, sir).
In the meantime chop all other igredients (tomato, onion, garlic, fresh basilic, cheese)

...potom ih sjedinite, dodajte gore navedene zacine i sve dobro izmesajte.
...then put all choped igredients together, sprinkle a bit of above mentined spices and stir it well.

Peceni hleb izvadite iz rerne, a potom na svaki komad dodajte mesavinu koju ste napravili.
Once a bread is baked, put it out of the oven and add on each peace a mixture that you made.

Vratite ovako napravljene bruskete u rernu i pecite jos nekoliko minuta.
Put these bruschette back to the oven and bake it for a few more minutes.
